How we handle the data you share when you contact us.
This policy explains which personal data we collect through the form and the virtual assistant, the purpose and legal basis for processing it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your contact request, guiding the advisory, or preparing a commercial proposal. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form or authorise it in the assistant.
Data we may receive
Name, email, phone, company, service of interest, and a description of your need. We do not ask for banking data or credentials, and we do not process sensitive data.
Processors and recipients
Lead capture relies on Supabase (request storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (site hosting and analytics), and OpenAI (assistant guidance when configured). They act as processors: they do not use your data for their own purposes.
International transfer
These providers host data in the United States. The transfer is covered by the data processing agreements (DPAs) signed with each one, with protection clauses equivalent to those required by Chilean law.
Retention period
If we do not move to a commercial relationship, your contact data is deleted after 12 months. If a commercial relationship begins, it is kept for its duration and for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and blocking of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ianlaurelpastene@gmail.com. We respond within 30 calendar days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Complaints to the authority
If you believe we did not handle your request correctly, you may file a complaint with Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
Analytics and cookies
Vercel Analytics measures visits without cookies or personal identifiers. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept the cookie banner; you can decline and the site still works. Clarity session recordings mask what you type in the form and the assistant. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it by clearing the site cookies in your browser.
